If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days, subject to the following restriction; electronics, such as radio systems and parts, chargers, batteries, and ESC's, will not be accepted for return unless the item has an unbroken seal. Defective electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and you should contact them directly for assistance.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resale condition. When packing your order for return, please make sure all the original packing material and instruction papers, manuals etc are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. Return cost will be at the customers expense and will be subject to a 10% restock handling fee, sorry no refunds on shipping.
If a package has been damaged in shipping or if you have received defective merchandise, please contact us for further instructions.

Out of stock items are usually restocked within 2 weeks unless they are discontinued, discontinued items will be removed within this time. Pre-order items will ship when they are released.

Local shipping options - All items shipped within Australia under 5kg will be sent using Express satchels via Australia Post (size permitting), items that are too large for a satchel will be sent express via road freight.
