If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days, subject to the following restriction; electronics, such as radio systems and parts, chargers, batteries, and ESC's, will not be accepted for return unless the item has an unbroken seal. Defective electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and you should contact them directly for assistance.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resale condition. When packing your order for return, please make sure all the original packing material and instruction papers, manuals etc are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. If a returned order originally had free shipping, we will issue a credit for the order amount minus a $12.00 handling fee.

Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items are usually restocked within 2 weeks unless they are discontinued, discontinued items will be removed within this time. Pre-order items will ship when they are released.
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International customers please contact us for shipping costs before you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping options - All items shipped within Australia under 5kg will be sent using Express satchels via Australia Post (size permitting), items that are too large for Express post will be sent via registered post.
